David EadsMy wife and I had plans in Chipley that led us to look for an overnight stay accommodation. We found this gem and it was walking distance to our evening plans. The Sullivan House was the most friendly staff I can remember. The house itself was beautifully maintained and very well kept. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was well planned and very tasty! Thank you for your hospitality and we plan to stay again!
