I had great customer service from Mindy. She’s the perfect combination of friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and educate me regarding aspects of my phone that I didn’t know how to use. I’m much more comfortable with my phone now, and I know that I can always ask Mindy if I have more questions. She’s just delightful!

Robyn is a consummate highly qualified professional. This is the second phone I purchased from verizon and specifically came here knowing the excellent service I would receive from her. As CEO of a nation wide medical software company I have evaluated many personnel with combined competence and interpersonal customer skills. She has both! Excellent Verizon experience.. thank you Robyn

I had the best experience at this establishment! I had a phone emergency while on vacation and I am so thankful I chose this location. The representative, Britney, went above and beyond explaining, advising and assisting me through the trade in process. While helping me, she continued to multi task with various customers issues, in person and over the phone. Britney maintained professionalism and went out of her way to help every costumer I witness her interact with. For me personally, she took a stressful situation and dissolved it by simply being her. I am very thankful Britney was there today! Great Job!
