Stayed two nights last week and to our surprise it was nice, quiet, clean, the owner was kind and friendly they helped us with any needs we needed. We would definitely stay again and we are telling everyone we know if you are around Ebro and need a peaceful place to stay then this is the place!

Good size rooms, clean, they accommodated our needs with our small dog, and originally planned to stay for a full week . Our third day in we received a call about a family member-an emergency that we needed to leave earlier than the full week. When we brought the key back to the front desk we were told then that they do not give refunds on weekly rates, this should be posted or customers made aware of, as anything can happen that can cause people to have to leave early or even extend their stay. Had I known of their no refund for weekly stay-i would've opted for pay by the day or at least a couple of days at a time . Otherwise place is clean, people are friendly, and accommodating, it's a quiet place with nice rooms . Just upset that we paid $500 for a 3 night stay , emergencies happen, and we weren't looking to end our stay before the week was up -but we had to. So, traveling expenses were cut short, and we had at least a 10 to 12 hour drive ahead of us, and ended up just sleeping in the U-Haul to offset the money spent on a room we weren't using. I would recommend but with caution if your not sure how long you'll need a room or if you have any family members with illnesses or issues that could require you to leave in an instant, just be aware you'll not recoup any money paid for in advance.

If you are looking for pride of ownership and some sign of the owner's soul, keep rolling. The motto here is "let it not be said that we don't do the least we can do at the highest price the market will bear." $108 as quoted for a bare necessity room is big time overpriced. If you decide to stay, Room 106 had clean sheets, hot water, and the A/C worked. It has a fridge with no freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee pot which was nice. We would not stay there again due to overpricing..
