A little off the beaten path but worth it for the peace and quiet; with a couple dozen sites it was not busy feeling; electric was stable and at spec. Didn't use the bathroom/bathhouse. Big plus was the gate to come in;, like not having strange, non-camper cars doing drive-throughs casing your stuff. Camp host was the first spot and was available all the time we were there. The little pond was nice; we'd come back again for the peace and quiet

Very nice little campground. Sites are close together, not much privacy but level with E/W at site. Cell signal fair, able to stream video's. Nice clean restrooms/showers.

This is a little gem of a state forest, very pristine and well cared for. It is not huge, but remote enough that there is some degree of availability. There is a beautiful walking trail with a newly constructed boardwalk through a cypress forest. Very picturesque and an easy walk. There arenother trails all around the campground through the Pine Log Forest.
