Thank you Crystal for having a great and friendly staff! Even after you gave us the whole rundown, the young man that helped us with our canoe still gave us more tips, very thorough! Hands down the best place we’ve used for canoes/kayak adventures. And of course the spring was beautiful just as you said!

Cypress Springs Adventure made the entire experience incredibly easy from start to finish. Booking online was simple, and the staff was ready to assist us as soon as we arrived. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and informative. The young lady who went over the safety rules and guidelines was not only knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor, making the orientation both enjoyable and engaging. The shuttle service was seamless, they dropped us off, unloaded our kayaks, and at the end of the trip picked us up and loaded everything back for us. Their prices are very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Cypress Springs Adventure to anyone looking for a fun, hassle-free kayaking trip. We will definitely be back!

Cypress Springs adventure staff in the office needs to take a class on politeness perhaps a smile should be worn? They were a little cranky. Anyway, the springs is what it is. It’s beautiful it’s overcrowded. It’s a little dirty and it’s a shame, but it was OK. It’s the second time we’ve been there and I don’t see any need to go back. It was just so overcrowded, but the staff getting us back back-and-forth to the springs was excellent day. They were polite and a lot of fun.!

We had a great time kayaking and visiting Cypress springs. It felt very safe and easy to kayak. The water at the springs is very clear and a little chilly at first but wonderful overall. A fun chill spot for sure!
