The BEST tea shop in the area!! They are so helpful and go over and beyond to get you a tea that you love! I LOVE that they play K-LOVE. And the owner is such a sweet kind lady! When I first started going here I didn't know much about the teas or the flavors and everywhere I went made me feel like I was an inconvenience because I didn't know what I liked or wanted. This shop isn't like that. The owner is patient and worked with me to figure out what I liked and didn't like!! 10/10 I recommend!!

Lot's of room for kids to play in the front of the shop was pretty cute. Room to sit or just let them play while you wait. I don't know much about nutritional shakes and tea but it was good. No sugar so I was happy about that! Was very sweet which I like. Nice treat. The baby boy liked it too.

Coastal Nutrition makes my morning every morning! Everyone is always so welcoming and they serve enough energy and focus in a 24 oz. cup to get me through my entire day! Not to mention they are delicious!! They also have awesome meal replacement shakes for those on the go or trying to meet a weight loss goal!
