I had an great experience at the Verizon TCC Location here in Chipley, FL! My phone completely stopped working, was without a phone for a week and ran into some challenges getting a new phone online. The sales person Robyn D who helped me was incredibly patient, took her time to explain everything, get my application through and make sure I get the best deals for a new phone.
